This event gave us the opportunity to meet good people and exchange moments of conviviality with them, in a reality of food innovation and its sustainability.
For us they were really beautiful and unforgettable days, because we read in the eyes of the people the genuine emotion every time they enjoy the bruschetta with the loose caciocavallo and all the other products that make up our gourmet!
We hope to be able to revive this emotion soon at other street food events throughout Italy and soon also in the restaurants that will adopt our cart to make the Caciocavallo Impiccato.
