These general conditions of sale (“General Conditions”) are regulated
by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended and supplemented) and by the rules of electronic commerce (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003, as amended) and apply exclusively to the distance sale through an “on-line” store of the products and services as offered on the site https://www.caciocavalloimpiccato.net/
SERVICES OFFERED BY THE SITE
The Site makes available to users, upon registration, the online created for the purpose of facilitating the search and purchase of food products.

SELECTION OF PRODUCTS
The User may proceed to the selection of Products as described in the
relevant sections by choosing them from time to time by adding the desired quantities in their shopping cart. Some images may be provided for informational purposes and may differ from the appearance of the delivered Product.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TIMES
The products presented on the Site are all understood to be in prompt delivery. The shipment of the Products will be made starting from 24/48 working hours following to the order throughout the national territory (including the Islands).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and indicated in the shopping cart in the appropriate section.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR “RECONSIDERATION”
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of foodstuffs which, by their
nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or alter quickly. deteriorate or expire quickly; d) order of sealed products that are not lend themselves to return for hygienic reasons or reasons related to the health protection or that have been opened after delivery].
It is understood that it is still possible to request cancellation of the order within 4 hours of purchase.
In this case The User will be refunded all payments. Said refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction.
