Tuber aestivum is a hardy truffle and keeps longer than the other varieties, thus allowing it to be used more quietly. \nLovely Lucano Caciocavallo Lucano, a hard spun paste cheese made from cow’s milk from the Lucanian plateau.
\nThe piece appears to be taken from an elliptical, or pear shape. The rind is straw-colored semi-hard and elastic, while the paste is straw-colored unloaded and devoid of eyes, dry and semi-hard.
